between client sketches for $FUD, the artist doodled a creature in the margin. nobody knows what it is. not a cat, not a frog, just Sven. every marker was dead except the purple one. so Sven came out purple, and he's never forgiven anyone for it.

the grin that stuck

pointy ears, frog lips, eyelids at half mast. the artist meant to fix the face later. he never did. Sven liked it. that smirk has survived three cycles, two bear markets and one very long week in a drawer.
